Canvas Message: "You have activated your Canvas membership on too many computers..."

Overview: When attempting to license a Canvas subscription past the allotted seat count purchased, you may receive a message stating "You have activated your Canvas membership on too many computers..."

Applies To: Canvas X, Canvas Geo, Canvas X3, Canvas X Draw

Steps to Resolve:
1. Log into your CanvasID Portal












2. Click on "My Apps"


3. Scroll down to My Plans.  Notice the "Available Installs".  This is the amount of computers that Canvas can be installed to.
4. Click Plan Details.
5. Click Deactivate on the computer to be deactivated. 
6. Install Canvas on the new computer to reactivate your subscription.
