Overview: A new update of Canvas X Pro is now available which delivers powerful performance improvements.  

Technology changes behind these improvements means you need to take some quick but important actions to ensure your existing Canvas X3 documents are compatible with future versions of our software. Please follow these simple instructions below.

Applies To: Canvas X Pro

Steps to Resolve:
  1. Download and install the latest version of Canvas X Pro <https://desk.zoho.com/portal/canvas/en/kb/articles/essential-canvas-x3-update> 
  2. In this new version of Canvas X3, open any file you have already created with the .CVXCAD extension and re-save that file.  

Canvas support for .CVXCAD files which are not opened and re-saved in this latest version of our software will cease on October 1st 2020.
