Canvas X File and Directory Naming

Overview: When saving files names or creating directories for Canvas X files, avoid using non English or Unicode characters. File names containing these characters my cause errors opening or saving.

Steps To Resolve: 
  1. Locate the directory where files are stored and make sure the directory name does not contain non English characters.
