What do I do if my license key does not work?

Overview: There are two types of licenses; Legacy Perpetual and Subscription Licenses 

Applies To: Canvas X, Canvas X Geo, Canvas X3, Canvas X Draw

Steps To Perform:
1. Verify that you have the correct license key for the appropriate product version. License keys are specific to their versions.
2. Copy and paste the license instead of typing in manually.
