1. Log into MyCommerce Share-It Order Number here to disable auto-renewal: https://account.mycommerce.com/
2. If you do not have an order number, please contact Customer Care to create a Support Ticket or contact us by phone at 1-833-721-0829 and a Support agent can assist you.
